But there are often friends in the die-cutting section who report that the paper will break after the equipment is used for a period of time. What is the reason?
1、 The small hole knocked or sawed on the die-cutting knife is inappropriate
(1) The small opening is mainly in the direction of paper movement, and the left and right sides can be left or less open.
(2) Try to open the small opening on the finished box where it can be stuck or folded inside.
(3) If there are discontinuous holes in the paper, be sure to open a hole on the die-cutting knife in the paper direction on the die-cutting plate, so as to prevent the waste paper in the hole from falling on the steel plate and being dragged into the indentation line, resulting in the fracture of the crease part of the product.
(4) If the paper is thin and strong, the opening should be small, shallow and narrow If the paper has high expectations and poor strength, the opening should be more, deeper and wider.
(5) If the box edge of the finished box is flat, the opening should be more, deeper and wider. If the box edge of the finished box is hook shaped, because the paper edge and the finished product will hook each other, the opening can be less, shallow and narrower.
(6) The faster the machine runs, the greater the acceleration and the greater the tension when it is pulled out of the static molding position. More connecting points are needed on the printing sheet before it is broken, and the opening also needs to be more, deeper and wider.
2、 Causes of adhesive tape on die-cutting plate
The adhesive strip on the die-cutting template is stuck on both sides of the die-cutting knife, which is used to pop up the paper from the die-cutting knife after each die-cutting. If the adhesive strip is flattened, the height is lower than the height of the knife, or the adhesive strip is stuck too little, or it falls off during die-cutting, the die-cutting paper will stick to the die-cutting knife. At this time, hold your teeth and pull, and the paper will break. In addition, there is no need to use self-adhesive tape, but the method of manual pasting is adopted. If the adhesive is mistakenly adhered to the surface of the tape, the paper will also stick to the paper under great pressure, causing the paper to be broken. Therefore, it is necessary to check and replace the tape in time.
3、 Too much die cutting pressure
Too much die-cutting pressure, or a part of the pressure is particularly large, will press out a deep knife mark on the steel plate, and the knife mark will hook the incision of the paper, causing the paper to break and break. Solution: adjust the paper pressure to make it appropriate and uniform.
4、 Problems from the indentation die
If the storage time is too long or the quality is poor, and the storage environment is improper, the indentation is blurred, and there is glue on the surface. Under the action of high pressure, the paper will also stick. You can apply some talc powder appropriately The surface of the indentation die is not smooth, or the indentation die loses its viscosity due to the invasion of paper dust during the molding process, which will also hook the paper and break it The indentation die needs to be replaced or repaired with glue.
5、 The problem of die cutting machine gripping teeth
During the use of the die-cutting machine, if the thickness of the paper changes greatly, it is easy to cause the paper teeth to lose elasticity and cannot hold the paper, and individual paper teeth have too much tension on the paper, which will break the paper Adjust the paper teeth in time to make them pull evenly on the paper.
